It is a tiny little set of rooms in one of the main buildings. There is one person at the front desk and some form of nurse or doctor around.

I spoke too the head of that particular practice. I believe the one here is a "branch" of a larger one a number of miles away.

I require either a letter or simply the notes of the last visit I made. After all, when I made the appointment originally it was on the advice of the practice themselves.

The problem I have is they are heinously incompetent and lazy, there purpose is for students to be able to go and make a note of medical issues they are having, so they can get proof for the university. There are a range of procedures in the University that require seeing the GP. However, even more so recently they refuse to do anything.
