If they have had a return like that its because it didn't go to the correct address. They are home 24/7 and run a business from that address. They have no problem getting mail. We checked in to that an found that they have to wait 30 days, and send a notification. Its not even been 21 days and no notification of unregistering was sent. In fact they were in the surgery twice a few days before they were unregistered and at no point was it mentioned. They also recieve mail from the same gp for an elderly relative who they care for, and have power of attorney over, none of that has gone missing or not turned up. They recieved some last week. It comes in their name with the patients name in brackets.
