[GR] Force of Economics

It's not a strawman argument, because Alpha Investments and other people have made that exact comment, that FOW should model their product so that the secondary markets are more like MTG. When FOW explicitly stated they don't want that. They WANTED the cards to be cheaper.

That's why they reprinted the dual stones, made additional multicolored stones. So Ruler's Memoria would come down in price. They have ZERO interest in the resale value of cards.

Telling them that they need to change their structure so that people outside of stores can make money off of their product isn't going to result in anything good.

This game isn't meant to be hyper competitive. It's supposed to promote accessibility and affordability. Yes, there are hyper competitive people playing, but look what FOW did to manage that. They banned the hyper competitive card.

It does suck that stores can afford to sell the product, but when online vendors are able to sell the product for 40% less, what do you expect?

It isn't the company's decisions that make it hard, it's the local business taxes, utilities, and cost of business that make it pricy.
