God damn you’re a dense one. My issue with Kavanaugh’s appointment stems from the appointment ITSELF and not the latest hoopla surrounding these sexual assault allegations. There is plenty else about Kavanaugh that should have been seen as a means to stop his approval process namely the Mitch Bitch stalling an appointment rule. Democrats should have rallied around that but no instead chuck smuck shooter, expedited Trumps judicial appointments.

Again on the photo evidence around Al Franken. You state there is a big difference due to the fact of photo evidence itself, when that is simply not true. What if you took a picture of you fondling your significant other in a playful manner(joking around). But one day you have a bad break up and she then uses that against you to say you harassed her that day? A fucking photo doesn’t mean shit unless you have the proper context of what is going on when the photo was taken otherwise your assumption is that a photo of a sexual act itself can constitute as sexual harassment when you know that isn’t true.

And AGAIN my bringing up of the Al Franken allegations was not to compare the 2 incidences but to point out how each party responds, in general, to such allegations. If this was flipped around and democrats were going to approve a democrat-leaning judge and “allegations” came out about that appointee having committed sexual assault, Democrats would almost immediately disapprove their appointment. That is point I’m trying to make. Democrats are playing a political game that doesn’t work on Republicans partly because the ones in power are corrupt doucheholes, and partly because they don’t care.

You do understand that I’m pissed off because you think I’m coming from a “binary” partisan perspective, yet you fail to acknowledge my visible animosity towards both parties in general and your own bias in thinking everyone in this subreddit is a democrat-leaning shill which is kinda ironic.

Let me end this by sayin don’t take my vulgar language seriously as this is just my means to vent about how garbage our government is today. I can see your primarily concerned around accusations of sexual assault and how people lives shouldn’t be affected by accusations but instead have a case made and taken to court before consequences occur (Kavanaugh losing his appointment). I agree there and this is why these allegations piss me off because now I want to defend this douchebag in this circumstance on this issue.
