Cops man..... My dad was a cop for 30 years. Never wrote a ticket. Always gave warnings.....which kinda probes the quota thing isn't true. Well at least where he was employed. He had a mom in the mall tell her kid if u don't act right I'm gonna have that police man get you. He heard it and went and bought the kid an ice cream and said. Don't tell your kids that.....

That being said. I'm pretty sure alot of cops were kids that were bullied in highschool and now have something to prove with the power they have. I say that as a fire fighter and our management is the same exact way. Complete dicks....

This is beyond fucked up and people need to be fired.
