Grandma sews together two shirts to celebrate both grandkids getting into college.

They are not even gender restricted for class enrollment. Short version of a very long story, I was one class shy of graduating and the class I needed was only offered every 2 years. So I could wait a year to graduate or find another school with a similar course. I found one at Spelman and I had no idea about it's traditions around gender or race, nor did I care to look as I was desperate to graduate. I am a white male, and got accepted to take the one course. Can't remember if race was on the application, but sex definitely was. When I went, there were plenty of Morehouse guys taking a class there as well. With no animosity on either side and for understandable reasons, I did not continue there after a few classes.
