Imagine if I told the FBI my business was defrauded by North Korean hacker.

Then I said, but I have all these terms before I meet with you. And the employee witnesses I gave you all said it never happened. One of them even said I was crazy.

Then I said I may have some evidence which I may have given to the local paper. Now there is an article about these Korean fraudsters. And it went viral on the internet.

But I won't give you the proof. Just the media. Who have helped me smear rival companies before.

Also a cursory background check shows that I have serious investment ties to companies that would benefit from negative North Korean news reports.

Also, there are peace talks happening but all my friends will lose money if they are successful.
