That's far more specific than anything the EU ever ruled.

There's nothing like that in anything I read. It was more about giving Android users a choice of default search and browser (similar to US & EU vs. Microsoft decades ago when MSFT made Internet Explorer and Windows Media Player default on the OS). Otherwise you would hear about Amazon getting giddy
