The greatest conspiracy to weight loss is just stop eating

Of course the average person hearing this is likely to reiterate something they heard elsewhere as well, “not eating is just not healthy, it might even be dangerous.” Reluctance to even start down a different path because the same industries and families that built their wealth on poisoning you have built perhaps greater wealth on “educating” you on what is healthy and what isn’t.

I think the more dangerous thing is to gorge yourself on chemically altered and manipulated food sources and said food provides health ailments to further double down on their medicines, cures, and treatments.

For the man who finds himself feeling burdened with weight and the various issues that come with it I will say this post is largely very accurate. I lost 50+ lbs in a month or less by strict fasting for the first week. After that first week I largely sustained by water and tea with light snacking on raw foods. I didn’t cook or eat anything processed or cooked for me that entire month and my weight and appearance changed along with all sorts of other noticeable differences. My energy and strength seemed almost inhuman as my reference for such was the duration in which I could ride or walk in a given day. Each day I was walking and riding further and further.

I think one thing that aided this journey more than anything else was the heat. This was in a desert heat and it changed and helped discipline me better than any health/fitness coach or trainer could ever do. I spent that entire month just walking and riding a bike around in the summer sun. Understand when I say that was all I did, I didn’t do this “after work” or before work or after school. I was working alright but I wasn’t punching in some time clock and giving some corporation my soul. I was essentially “homeless” but I achieved the best health I had ever achieved and I attribute the majority of it to not being confined in any way to a job or commitment of any sort. No rent was needed, no job, no classes. If I had those things I think it would have been next to impossible to have lost the weight and achieved the stamina I did in such short time.

So if you are truly yearning to lose weight get yourself a bike and become homeless in the desert. The heat and sun will mold you. If you want results in a way you have never yet had, you are probably going to be required to do something you have yet to do. And the best part is you can achieve it for next to nothing. All you need to bring is a high spirit and determination.
