That's such a bad argument. Buying a phone is a decision that I make every few years and, at best, I can choose from a bad option to a slightly less bad company. There is no way around it.

What you eat is a decision that you make every day up to 3, 4 times a day, it has a bigger impact and the options are far better, not perfect but far better.

Just because " there isn't ethical consumption under capitalism" which is the bad argument you make now, doesn't mean that some choices don't have a bigger impact than others or we shouldn't change because we can't be perfect.
