Gregg Popovich has coached a shaky series.

I love Pop, Duncan, Ginobili, and Kawhi, but I'd have to agree.

emotionally charged rant incoming

I'll also say that I seriously hope the Clippers pull through and win the series. I feel like if they don't, then they're going to do something drastic. However, I also feel like if they do win they won't let DeAndre walk. He's the weakness to this team.

He says he doesn't want to practice free-throws? Well, sorry DeAndre, but that is literally the only thing separating you from possibly being one of the best centers in this league.

He's physically gifted, but he has no talent in basketball. He's simply not very good and he just gets by on his superior athleticism. That's not even a bad thing considering he's the best rebounder in the league! If he'd just spend time working on his weaknesses ie help defense, catching passes in the paint, free-throws, defensive rotation, and maybe even add a couple post moves. He's so athletic that adding a small but effective post game to his arsenal shouldn't be an issue.

I am very athletic and most people that I know that are also very athletic just have a much easier time learning the fundementals. It doesn't mean you don't get to work on it though. If there's one thing I regret about my HS basketball days, it's that I never practiced anything other than shooting the ball because I thought my natural athleticism would take me anywhere. You only get so far being 6'1" though. I eventually stopped playing college ball at my local university because my confidence was completely shot. It's too late for me at 21. Just makes me sick when I see seven-footers with superior athleticism and shit work ethic.

He's only in the NBA because he's 6'11- 7'0".
