I have a suggestion for you, and possibly a solution.

First, I’d like to know if you’ve actually been seeing angel numbers, especially the “8” variations (18,118, 108, 188, 181, etc) quite often.

If this is the case, that sensation is actually a message from your angels that you need to break from old thinking patterns and shift your focus towards the instructions you’ve been given in those numbers.

Try this. When you feel that sensation, try to shift focus to the type of lifestyle you’d like to be living, start day dreaming. You’ll most likely feel instant relief from the groin sensation. This is just training for you. They want you to succeed.
