This sounds like it may be a PBI. If so, there will be several people together that may take turns asking you questions from a list I will link below. They will each independently rate your responses and then compare scores after the interview has ended.

As you can see, the list (the word/excel attachment in the link) is LONG. You will not be able to memorize the scenarios. Just read through them and think about specific circumstances and situations you could draw on to answer.

Print them and read through them.

Source-I did poorly on my first phone interview, did good enough on the next one to get hired. Now I sit in on interviews for people on my team at the VA. We pull scenarios from this list.
