Growing cannabis has actually helped my PTSD

hey if your looking for an alternative try getting a script for marinol. It is the synthetic version... anyways if not i highly recommend using cannabis as part of a treatment plan. I'm a vet with ptsd in canada. Deployed around kandahar in 2010.

There is going to be a point where u have to put your mental health first and marijauna has been the only relief i have ever had. It has given me the ability to get off 4 different scripts for sleep/anxiety and i no longer drink alcohol at all where before i abused it only to get a relief.

Up in canada it is much different than the states, however i am still an active member with a marijuana script. I never told my coc at first but then I basically ended up not caring at all. I am smart about it and vape as much as i need to in order to feel normal.. i do not get "high" in the sense, Instead i fell a much needed relief.

The funniest thing is that everyone around me noticed the changes before me.. I no longer suffer as much with ptsd symptoms and anxiety, etc. Unfortunately it is still very taboo up here. It is perfectly fine for guys to drink until they puke and pass out, smoke a pack of darts a day, and require many scripts.

I am not going to lie, I am on there radar but I think it is not in the sence of anything to do with marijuana. More so they are more worried about me blowing my head odd like many others. The best advice I can give you is put your mental health first, Not give a shit what the military says when it comes to the legality of your medicine. Use your medicine and combined with therapy you will leap forward 10 fold compared to therapy without cannibis.

TLDR; put your mental health first and use your medicine
