To the Grubhub, Doordash, or any other food delivery employees, what is the strangest scenario you have had with an order?

It’s not much but one time I had an order delivered to this house on a dirt road. I hate delivering to houses on dirt roads as a lot of them can barely even be called roads and can really mess up the underneath your car depending on how unkempt the dirt “road” is. Well at any rate, I had to drive down on this road to get to house at the end. I couldn’t drive on the road because it was wildly unkempt and my car is lowered/modded so I wouldn’t be able to drive on it without seriously messing up my cars suspension and body, so I just decided to park at the top and walk the trail to the house which was about half a mile long. It was dark and this was during the nighttime so I had to use the flashlight on my phone. This was like a 15$ order so I was for sure gonna complete it normally, that is until I actually arrived at the house. The house was in the middle of the woods with no cars outside. It seemed like it was a rundown house that was being renovated. There were lights on through the windows but they were flickering. Not flickering like a lightbulb does when it’s about to go out. Flickering like someone’s just turning the lights on and off. Sitting there and looking up on a decrepit house with lights flickering on and off with no furniture in sight though windows just seemed really sketchy. So I just crept up quietly and placed the order on the doorstep. Didn’t ring the doorbell, didn’t call them like I was supposed to, didn’t make a noise, just left immediately after. I just thought it was weird since they left such a fat tip for what was essentially one taco from Taco Bell and the drive was extremely short. The whole situation just seemed really sketchy. So I got back to my car and one of the doors is open. Luckily there was literally nothing in my car they could have stolen besides worthless bullshit as I had my wallet on me but was still super weird to see my door open as someone obviously opened it and tried to steal from me. The persons name on the app was clearly fake. At the end of the day I still got $15 and they got one taco and maybe some stale gum or old receipts or something from my car.
