gsync + vsync on? 240hz monitor.

u/Quirky_Koala This answer is dedicated to you, and all ppl that insult saying "you don't have a fucking clue".

-Never, ever, and 1000 times never, turn on Vsync if you want the most responsive escenario, it's an outdated technology. Extracted from the OFFICIAL nVidia guide to low latency:

Turn off VSYNC - The
age old latency optimization; turn off VSYNC. VSYNC causes back
pressure from the display that reverberates through the entire system.
In general, we highly recommend turning VSYNC OFF

But not only this, elightened people like quiky koala advices to turn on Vsync and limit the framerate, wich is, essentially...doing the same thing 2 times xDDDD

Because since Gsync exists, when you turn on both, Vsync doesn't function as it used to be....it acts just as a simple...frame limiter xDDD.

So at the end you can turn it on really, it will just add a little bit of input lag wich will be probably unnoticeable. But for the love of gosh don't use a frame limiter on top of a frame limitter.
