BrandProtect is looking for a confident, motivated, technically-savvy person to join our Incident Response Team immediately, on a part-time basis. As an Incident Response Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing possible reports of fraudulent activity using our proprietary toolset, and performing takedown on malicious websites which target our clients and their customers. Our clients are primarily financial institutions, and our client list involves dozens of Fortune 500 companies. A successful candidate will be a quick learner who keeps up with trends related to fraud and is familiar with online security best practices, has a strong knowledge of online investigative tools (such as interpreting WHOIS, tracert, etc), knows SQL and/or PHP and/or HTML, and is comfortable interacting with corporate clients. Experience with corporate customer service, forensic investigations, and programming languages will be considered an asset, and preference will be given to multilingual candidates.

This is a work-from-home position, and therefore you must have a reliable, fast internet connection and computer capable of connecting to VPN and Remote Desktop.

Please email all resumes to Dylan Sachs, Director of Incident Response, at [email protected].
