Um, no, I'm just saying Trebek only hosted a game show. The show itself doesn't encourage knowledge outside of the confines of its own daily trivia competition.

He doesn't teach any values or anything through his medium, of just hosting a show.

Mr. Rogers teaches children values.

Stan Lee teaches values of heroism, honor, integrity through his comics. He doesn't have to be a super hero.

Sagan taught people to value knoweldge and curiosity and learning, as did the other guys I mentioned, Brian Cox, Chris Hadfield, Malala, and others.

Not trying to dunk on the man, just saying I don't personally think he fits there.

I'm not really super familiar with Dolly Parton beyond the 9 to Five song and Jolene, both great songs. Lol
