Guess I'll hop on the bandwagon and complain about the beta too

The biggest issues I've seen people have with the beta are A) Slow recharge time on abilities, B) Lack of power ammo, C) Lack of damage, and D) Lack of mobility. Having had a good day to play and think on the beta, here's my 2 cents.

I've seen way more mentions of Hunters being the weakest class than a lack of damage and mobility...

The fact that it takes 2-3 shots of all of these weapons to kill a basic red bar enemy is absurd. They barely even tickle the boss

What? I know the fusion one hits a red bar enemy and I was able to kill the named or special Cabal guy right before the engine or whatever room with three shotgun blasts. I remember thinking "wow, shotguns feel like a valid PVE choice now."

People have mentioned that there will be armor perks that reduce ability cooldown times, but is that really any better? I'm going to have to offset bad game design by grinding for gear that not only has whatever specific perks I'll need to lower my ability cooldowns, but also have the Mobility/Armor/Recovery stats I'll need? That's way too much RNG.

You know, you make Destiny sound like some kind of RPG, a notion that I, personally, find too silly to dignify with a response.

However, for this to be the first impression of the game for a majority of the playerbase, it just sucks. I don't see why Bungie would want peoples' first experience of the game to not reflect how the actual game would feel.

Depends what they want to showcase really. Some people like that it felt really difficult and it's important to remember that many people never got to the point of being really overpowered or even finishing a raid.
