Guidance, tips, any help?

I assume you are talking about asian cuisines? I personally tell my mom to cook them with less oil when stirfrying. I honestly just fast for the meal or go lighter during the day to not stress about it. You can always opt for leaner cuts of meat, and don't go for seconds on rice. For things like milk tea, you just have to make it a habit of going less on the sugar and maybe forgo the bubbles. Choose better toppings like grass jelly which is like 20-30 calories for a whole can. The tapioca pearls can easily be 300-400 calories alone. Bakery goods are pretty dense in calories. I just occasionally have them. I love egg tarts. They are like donuts to me. Just have a few, but don't get a dozen. These things are hard to track imo, but if you aren't eating it everyday and tracking other things accurately, it shouldn't affect you much.
