PHYSICALLY DISABLED. Not mentally. Just because you're in a wheelchair doesn't mean you have the mental capacity of a child. You are probably the type that would talk to someone in wheelchair like a 5 year old because you don't understand disabilities. Physically AND mentally disabled people are victimized all the time.
