Guy who was filming his deliberate attempts to run people off the road gets jail time

I agree completely with you but this is reddit, the experts on here have testified to the validity of the court. They also make some rather bold claims that in the less than 2 seconds of video, the driver was responsible to avoid the collision at all cost and failing to do so puts the entire collision at his fault.

The most puzzling thing about reddit's relationship with the roadways is that surprisingly everyone on reddit is god's gift to driving and driving courtesy but shockingly that is near impossible to find on any road I have personally ever driven on. You will always find claims from redditors about their immaculate driving habits like seatbelts, blinkers and apparently expert accident avoidance. Again it is likely all bullshit but the numerous times I have discussed the subject of roadway behavior has always resulted in the exact same sentiment, you are wrong, how dare you argue with seatbelt laws, leave enough room for my car to merge into your lane, using your blinker will prevent accidents (i can see a blinker but i missed the entire car wrapped around it), etc.

I appreciate your discussion on this as I do with almost all discussion on reddit but as you find out later in your arguments, you have no hope of showing a different side of this. The reddit video analysers and expert drivers have determined that in the video they watched the driver clearly had intent to cause the accident, there is no doubt that when he slightly swerves left, it was with the intent to pit. Literally nothing else could have happened at that moment, and they have all personally forgiven the fact that had that car not illegally merged at that point this was completely avoidable and due to the actions of the pitted car the incident occurred.
