I personally think it's a little cringey and it's not something I myself would do. I'm also not super social and I don't enjoy being in pictures lol, so each to their own. That said, I produce music and have played sets at festivals - and this came up in most of my interviews. Having a strong social media presence only distinguishes you as an influencer and as long as your content has genuinely positive intentions, it should do you no harm.
