Do guys look at girls asshole while having sex?

As someone coming from a similar boat, I can tell you from experience that communication is key, and it's better to not draw unnecessary attention to the issue during intimacy.

I have a condition that causes my hair follicles to get infected extremely easily (due to a hormone issue). Before finding a medicine that worked, I would constantly have at least one or two ingrown hairs down there (now I just have a bunch of scar tissue) and I was mortified whenever my boyfriend tried to go down on me. Eventually though, after letting him know about the issue, he was actually really sympathetic towards it. He made me comfortable about it, so in turn I started to just let him do his thing (because in the heat of the moment, it really doesn't matter anyway). Even if I had a bump or two, he never said anything, because his expectations are realistic and he knew that those bumps at the time were a part of me.

Just talk to your partner if you think it will help to ease your nerves, but otherwise, maybe just see where things go. Hemorrhoids are super common (my boyfriend has them), so don't feel embarrassed! If your partner is sensible, I'm sure he'll be fine with it.

Best of luck!
