Guys, I'm turning 30 years old today. What are some important things you realized in your 30s?

Is life over when you get into your 30s? I ask as a 28-year-old with severe existential dread about turning 30. A lot of the things people have achieved by now, including making many new friends, sleeping around, and becoming confident in social interactions, are still things I haven't yet done.

A lot of my 20s have been marked by anxiety, figuring myself out, and trying to get in touch with my values. Others seem to coast through their 20s with not a problem, but perhaps I'm judging too heavily based on social media.

Basically, if I failed at my 20s can I turn my life around, particularly socially, in my 30s? Or has that ship sailed? When does it become unacceptable for a thirtysomething to go ton a nightclub, for example?
