There's always an option B. Oneitis will ruin your college years. If you're hung up, you aren't busy enough.
Don't be "too good" for douchey frat guys. You can learn a lot from them. Really.
Your personality is fluid. Be like water, my friend.
Go to a school with a normal female/male ratio. It does make a huge difference.
If you fuck things up in college, there's always grad school to come back as a creepy dude who swoops in to pick up inexperienced girls. It's amazing what you can learn in a few years.
