I had an issue with finishing. I think it was a combination of anxiety and that I had slept around a lot (I know those sound contradictory). Would get into my head about wanting to finish after a long time and then that would take all the pleasure out of it. I could go for a long time or multiple times back to back. Now I’m 31 and that has evolved to not being able to keep it up consistently. Too hot and sweaty? Gone. Too cold? Gone. Focusing on getting close and pulling out on time to be hand finished? Gone. And then severe back pain from a service related injury. When I started dating my current girlfriend (after a covid lockdown induced 2 year dry spell) I was feeling very inadequate and questioning my masculinity. It went on for a long time. Was trying non prescription pills and stuff, over hydrating, whatever else I could think of.

Started taking a testosterone booster in the past month and it has helped a lot.
