Do guys talk about girls with their bros in a non sexual way? Like about their personalities and stuff? If so what kind of stuff do you discuss?

I’d be able to answer this in many different ways that would be way too long, but I’ll just go into a couple aspects. I apologize if this is too long and going a little off topic.

I’ve had a job for about half a year, and there’s a coworker who’s a bit older than me who I talk with often at work. Though there’s an age gap, we relate to each other in a lot of different ways in terms of our mindset, with certain things like socializing and relationships. He’s had at least one girlfriend which I recall him mentioning, where I’ve had none.

Usually when we’re working together, we talk about girls very often. Some things include wanting to just hangout with them and do fun activities together, and basically a bunch of other stuff that sound like “puppy love”.

I honestly don’t know if I’m asexual or something similar to that. For all the girls I’ve found attractive who I’ve known, talked with, or even just seen in person, I really don’t get sexual feelings. I just find them cute and attractive, and I’d like to at least get to know them. And if it does turn into some relationship, I feel like where I’m at right now, I’d want to hangout with them like close friends, but also in a romantic way. That sounds complicating. Anyway, I’m guessing that all has something to do with me never having been in any kind of relationship, and it feels as if my mindset and perspective towards relationships is within the age of a younger teenager because of that.
