Guys who don’t workout (going to the gym/weight lifting) but are still in good shape, what do you do?

I stopped going to the gym or running two years ago because of covid and my wife got pregnant just then so I had to take care of her and now we have a baby so I physically don't have the time (or energy) to do anything even if I could.

My weight has remained unchanged.

I just don't eat processed foods or drinks. Fruits, veggies, legumes, grains, cutting down on the eggs and fat stuff, keeping meat to a minimum and cooking everything yourself means that you'll have a very hard time changing your weight

It is doubtless that in time my muscle mass will wane and my "fatness" will increase but it hasn't happened so far and I hope the baby will show mercy and allow me and the wife a few hours per week to work on our physiques, as it grows
