Guys who have had female roommates, what were the pros/cons of that?

The girls I lived with were pretty hot but also very lazy/dumb. One we wouldn't see for days at a time cause she would go out partying all the time and she just left old dishes and clothes everywhere and was always late on rent. The other wasn't as crazy but she loved animals so much that she brought 3 puppies home from where she worked without telling us so guess who was stuck taking care of them. Me and the other male roommate and his girlfriend did most of the housework as well. I'm currently living with my girlfriend who actually cleans and gives a shit so I've had different experiences lol. I think it helps to know about the person you're living with before living with them.
