Do you guys take your meals on time?

I'm not sure what would be helpful for interesting, I think I can probably relate.

I have different modes or feelings depending on the day / week. Sometimes having repeat items, many times a week or cycling them into my week. (Not spending too much energy dwelling on WHAT to eat)

If I'm not particularly excited in the moment about preparing a blended beverage of fruit+veg perhaps, I will start with gathering items, and cutting the lemon or citrus first for the smell. By the time I can smell the citrus I'm more interested.

If I'm too hungry, continuing to drink water, I'll eat something pretty small, just to get the food vibes happening, and adjusting to introduce more food later. Bite of peanut butter, toast, couple pretzels, apple...After that, coming back 20 minutes later to prepare something else.

I usually fast in the mornings, take early lunch, and early dinner usually something very healthy like salads with seeds, nuts, a perhaps slice of chicken.
