Gym Story Saturday

Injured my back 1.5 years ago at work and it's still not 100% have avoided squats and deadlifts the whole time. Last week I decided fuck it, maxing the angled leg press on my first cycle of nsuns (squat replacement) isn't cutting it. My back doesn't seem to be getting better or worse so I added box squats (can't squat below parallel due to body mechanics) and deadlifts, didn't go to heavy on squats (80kg 5x5) but managed to work up to 140kg deadlift first session. Had been looking at form videos a lot and psyching myself up for doing it the last few weeks.

Some girl decided to turn her bench around to face mine while I was doing bb and her db press (so in between sets we would be sat up staring at each other) massive wet cameltoe, it seemed like she wanted me to look as she would be doing the kind of poses and looks the geeky girl in movies does to get the hot guys attention. And would wait however long it took before I looked her way until she started her set - I write down weights and reps / change music / drink water and usually stare into space between sets and sometimes sit there for 2-3 minutes on my heavy ones When I changed exercises she walked my way and smiled and just sat on the bench until I was done and would then bend over with her ass literally 1' from my face then jump into some bodyweight squats and then db rows but position herself so no matter where I looked I would see her in one of the mirrors

Chest day after ^ After finishing 5/3/1 flat bench I decided to do pin presses, when I went to set up I realised it was too low for my chest I didn't want to roll the bar down sit up and row it onto the supports so tried to press it from my chest There's two benches facing me one with this huge guy that I'm convinced is Francis Ngannou's twin I fail my first attempt at 100kg let out a little "fuuuck" second attempt I get about half way then stuck after that a power lifter that works at the gym walks over and asks if I'm okay and need help. I tell him I'm good but thanks and see ngannou's twin giving me the death stare. 3rd attempt I get 3/4 and stuck but after 3-5 seconds manage to push it out Set everything one higher manage 5/5/3/2 Thank the guy for making sure I was good as I've seen about 6 or 7 people get stuck under the bar and nobody pays attention and he tell me "no problem you look really strong and I knew you had it"

Also couple of roid heads grunting and screaming every rep "OOOH" "AHHH" "FUUAARK" Look over and they're doing 35kg tricep pulldowns (which I manage to do with no noise but fair enough it's a decent weight) everyone is looking at them like please be quiet... in between sets they're talking loud as fuck disturbing everyone in headphones, staring at the skinnier guys and laughing. Flexing like Arnold and dancing to the shitty music the gym plays, shadowboxing etc I'm near the end of my workout and it's rattling me "Let's do hammer curls BROOOO" they walk over and pick up 6kg and 4kg db to do a set of 25 "OOH" "AHH" ... "OOHH" "AHH" now this is ridiculous I'm sat in front of them doing preacher curls and notice the one guy is looking at me in the mirror right into my eyes as he grunts and screams, I turn around and say "can you shut the fuck up?" They both continue their workout with the same reps and weight but no noise they talk like everyone else does and cut all the shadowboxing and shit out I'm not sure if they were being dicks on purpose or if I was out of order. I'm 6' 90kg so not really massive but I do have a natural look of a psychopath. As soon as they were quiet the atmosphere went back to normal and everyone seemed to enjoy their workout again.
