Gynecologists, proctologists, and urologists, what's the most awkward thing that's happened to you with a patient?

There wasn't a single doctor around but... When I failed my Air Force flight physical, my CO and I had to review the results before beginning my discharge paper work. I sat there depressed and only half listening; 6 years of training to become a pilot, suddenly meaningless! My CO turned my medical report to the physical examination checklist and tries to hide a slight distraction and stutter while continuing a sentence. Matching her gaze, I look down onto the rows of spelled out body parts. Everything looked neat and tidy with a checkmark in almost every 'normal' box. All except for one ugly, eye-catching checkmark in an 'abnormal' box, right next to "Genitalia"... The checklist didn't bother going into detail. I was already at a low, but nothing distracts a crushed dream like finding out that your junk is abnormal. I was in denial and embarrassed that my CO knows just as much about it as I. What could possibly be wrong? Does she know? Should I ask her? I need to look RIGHT NOW! Why has no one told me anything before?! I thought failing the lung function test was the reason for my discharge... So many questions that we couldn't ask each other but could only be distracted by as we continued the meeting. Vigorous googling and focused self-inspection immediately after the meeting reminded me that circumcision is not actually "normal."

tl;dr - I have 'abnormal' genitalia
