H/S Ding & B/M Waitlist Feedback

well, I did say I am not sure haha, happy to hear how others see it.

I personally believe my interviews can be better (most interviews are) but I do not think they "did" me in, except for my R1 HBS interview which went terribly:

- Stanford specifically mentioned in the rejection FAQ that interview typically only influence 10% of overall decision. Each candidate comes to the interview with a pre-assigned high/medium/low chance of admit, which is calibrated post interview. If candidates with similar background but stronger profile did not bomb their interview, I may still not get admitted even if I did well.

- At the end of my Booth interview, my interviewer told me that I did most researches out of all candidates that he interviewed, fit into school culture, and know what the school looked for. However, he also said while he will recommend me, the school will make overall decision based on my overall application and GMAT score.

- my MIT interview is slightly strange as I was not asked any behavioral question (all about clarification questions about my work + why MBA + why Sloan + my plan in the school), but we managed to keep the conversation flow going at a rapid pace.
