H3 Podcast #32 - Moe & Ethan Bradberry

I know its bad to start a criticism off with this but i wanna say i really love h3, none of this is meant to be offensive and im not trying to shit on ethan but I think this podcast has the potential to be really good but IT'S TIME TO STOP.

The racial discussion was really odd and a bit disappointing(i know my opinion doesn't matter). I'm not really sure why Ethan brought up the racial angle but only on such a surface level softball kind of way. Ethan is like afraid to just outright ask or accuse of why they went to the 'hood', he just keeps very gently asking "but there was some racial element right?" "what would you say if a black guy said you were racist?" lmao for real? Is he afraid of being called racist by asking a leading question? or just afraid of messing up the vibe? To be fair im paused at an hour and maybe i missed a more prying question earlier in the vid but so far it's weak.

Daddy up on these fools. Dig deeper or why even bother bringing it up? off the top of my head i would ask "So you probably went to the hood to fuck with black people because you figured it would net a more volatile or violent reaction for clicks, but don't you think putting a highlight reel of volatile reactions makes for a bad perception of an entire race to kids and the more ignorant who are watching it online?" If some random idiot calls you racist for asking that question (I.E. "wow ethan thinks black people are violent") then fuck em, and if the bradberrys(bradberries?) got weird about a question then fuck em too. At the end of the day they're on your podcast so you shouldn't be afraid to ask or press anything, guests wont define a show but the host will. I dont even think they would be that afraid of the accusation/question because ultimately just trying to make entertainment not be activists anyways, its not their responsibility to tend to the perception of any race, as long as they arent faking race baiting shit like joey salads.
