I completely agree with this. I'm not going to lie and say I don't love weed, but I am 100% addicted to it. When people say it's not actually addicting, I just don't say anything because that's the popular consensus. I want it to be legalized and get people out of prison so I don't speak up. I don't want to help shift the narrative away from legislation that can be a positive change. But more people need to be vocal because I wish I would have known the FACTS when I was younger. Not the extremes of both sides. Is weed is on the same level as cocaine like they told me in health class? NO, but there are negative side effects to any habit and it changes your brain chemicals... just like alcohol, just like anything else.
