Hacked or paranoid?

Well the weird thing is, before resetting Windows, I uninstalled TV manually. So not only did I reset Windows, but I uninstalled the program before resetting Windows. When Windows booted back up, everything was gone of my personal files. The only stuff that was on was the normal base factory programs / files and TV. I uninstalled TV. It hasn't come back again. I did this all yesterday morning and have barely touched my computer since.

I can reset my computer again to see if TV comes back, if you think it's worth a shot. I really am stumped as to how to explain any of this. I thought TV must be apart of my OS but if it's not I'm not sure what the implications of that are. This whole thing feels super creepy.

No other Windows products in the house, but I am using an iPhone and iPad. This is another weird thing, its probably unrelated and a weird quirk but I thought I should mention it anyway. Weirdly, with my iPad, when I go to the "account activity" section on Reddit, it isn't accurately displaying the browser in which I signed in with correctly. I'm signing in on Chrome with my iPad. It shows Chrome and my IP address, but then shows a Safari browser on Mac with my IP address as signing in as the same time every time. I don't own a Mac or use Safari on anything. Every time I sign into Reddit on Chrome with the iPad, it shows those two web browsers simultaneously. Maybe it's just a glitch or something weird. My ex does have a Mac. I feel like I'm going crazy here but that's the only other device that's acting a little weird.
