Again, you miss the point. There is no hacking related activity script kiddies (as you have defined) would take against that data. Someone might data mine for patterns but that person is not a script kiddie. Someone could look for PHI that would aid in identity theft, but again, not a script kiddie (and the data's value isn't even there in this regard).
