The bok choy looked limp but not off so I used it which was a mistake from the slight stomach ache later. Mushrooms were a lost cause, blackened, soft and slimy so tossed. Another recipe included basil which many of the leaves had developed spots by Sunday.

At regular price the produce needs to remain fresh for the days they tell you! HelloFresh was as their name suggests, fresh. The meat had longer expirations too, 2 being the full week and the other a couple of days less. My only issue was a spice packet missing from one recipe.
