I had to teach my 5 year old about setting boundaries with boys today

I get that the post was about women being afraid to say something, and I support that. Except You tried to justify your views on a 5 year old. A real adult who sees their kid feel uncomfortable will deal with this situation by talking to the teacher or the kids parents informing them how your daughter feel uncomfortable when their kid keeps touching her. If they were good parents they would have their own talk with their kid and make sure he knows better. Kids don't know much at that age, and they only pick up stuff from parents or older siblings. Have a talk with the kids parents, if they are nice folks they will fix the issue for you.

Again, no one here disagrees that women should stand up for themselves even at a young age. Also I don't have an "agenda", just letting know you shouldn't set your agenda of "women being afraid to say something from a young age, at the expense of their own level of comfort" by making an example of a 5 year old kid without ever letting the kid know he is doing something wrong.
