HAHAHA Chad Got Bullied Today At Work By Other Incels

My last piece of advice, don’t force changes all at once. An example, if you decide to start going to the gym - you’re going to see a lot of YouTube videos or posts talking about how you have to work your ass off 110% and grind if you want results. That’s bullshit, and it will burn you out. You need to split your goal into pieces. Example Goal: Build chest, arms, legs so that I weigh 200lbs and can bench press 225lbs (or insert whatever goal you want). How do I get there? 1) make the gym a habit 2) develop a routine 3) track workouts in a log to measure progress 4) clean up diet and focus on macro nutrients 5) whatever else you want to add

Don’t do these all at once, I know from experience it’s too hard to stick to. Instead, go to the gym the first time and just say “I’m going to do three chest exercises and then leave”. Make it easy. If you get yourself to go to the gym like 12 days in a row, it becomes a habit in your mind and it’s hard to stop then. After it becomes a habit move on to the next goal.

Literally every goal you have in life can be broken down this way. Don’t make it hard, if you’re smart you can break it out so that these changes slowly start to reshape your life into whatever you want it to be.
