Hair loss since 2020, extremely dry hair/scalp

Hello wonderful people. I come seeking help for my hair. I've been losing more and more since covid and I thought hair treatments, outside of transplants, were scams until I really searched for it. Covid hit me hard on all fronts and I'm just starting to get back on my feet.

2016 and early 2020 for contrast there at the end.

One of the problems is that as much as my hair can get itchy, after using any shampoo it gets dryer and more itchy, so I've been mostly just using water but that doesn't cut it. I live in Spain and I can't find finasteride or propecia on amazon.es so I ordered this thing called Xpecia but it doesn't list finasteride in the ingredients. Generic minoxidil is on it's way in November.

I used ketoconozale and, as with the rest of shampoos, it dried my hair and made it itchy afterwards. Some youtube videos I've seen said to look out for sulfates on shampoos and sure enough, my ketoconozale shampoo and most of the shampoos and conditioners in my house have sulfates or oils/alcohol.

Traditionally I've had more oily hair (as can be appreciated in the 2016 pic) that only became dry in the first day after shampoo use, but lately it is dry all the time and I figured that I just stripped all the natural oils from my hair with bad shampoos.

I've started quite a few suplements like vit D, cod liver oil, kelp, etc, and I feel better but no improvement in my hair. Also I got myself a dermaroller 0.5mm to start but I don't want to use it until I get minoxidil delivered.

What would you recommend?
