Haircare for people who work out

  1. wasnt trying to be disrespectful. I love fat girls. problem? I dont think it's a bad thing. It's you who thinks it is.

  2. That is exactly why I started my last para with "completely irrelevant". I had her best interest in mind. If I see a workout routine that seems imperfect I think I have the right to tell her that. Also her long workout sessions could be causing the excessive sweating and more greasy scalp. So it wasnt entirely irrelevant.

  3. It is a fact. Go to a dermatologist and ask him/her. He/she will tell you. We dont lose hair for hormones or diet or environmental factors. If it is a man they almost immediately diagnose it to be Androgenetic alopecia. Not one doctor would even recommend a blood test or any basic bloodwork. Why? because it cant cause hairloss. It's genetic. For girls however it is very different. I ,in no way, think female body is inferior. I was just stating a fact that such things can result in a girl going almost bald. Other than some autoimmune disease , a boy almost never can go bald because of some dietary or nutrition related issues or some medicational change or thyroid or rapid weight loss.

  4. No. Serum ,conditioners are not good for your hair follicles. They are good for your hair. There's a difference. hair is just a dead organ , a protein filament. The organ that produces it will not be benefited by serums or conditioners ,if anything you are damaging them. I call BS,BS.

I understand your point, apologies. SOrry if I was being rude
