Half this sub is celebrating being fired. Do anyone of you enjoy your job?

I fully understand the state of Walmart. I worked 2nd shift FID for 2 years. I was then shipping manager on A2 for another 2 years before I had to move on due to the need to relocate. They didn't steal your accrued sick time. They literally gave you a deadline to use it or it will be gone because of the transition to a new (widely common in other companies) PTO accrual system. Sounds like you either didn't care to listen or are terrible at time management. What do you mean by cut your break times? I would like to hear that one. As far as working extra days during peak... you literally are working in a retail based industry. It should come as no surprise that it will be busy during ALL holidays. That is the nature of the job. Don't like it? Quit. Find something else if you want your precious holidays. Honestly, it sounds like you want a free paycheck. Walmart is free to change production rates as they please. They are a business, not a charity. If you don't want to work hard, go to the mall or a fast food joint and get paid the wage you deserve.
