'Halloween 2' Gearing Up for Fall Shoot, 2020 Release; Jamie Lee Curtis to Return

I do not understand why people hate it, at all. I really think it should have remained canon with the reboot. If they absolutely had to get rid of the sibling twist (Again, I think it was a fun idea even if it goes against the "evil at your doorstep" theme) they could have just said that the file was hidden away because it turned out to be inaccurate.

Michael Myers killed three of Jaime's friends in the original, four that night counting the mechanic, and undoubtedly changed her life. But I don't think it was enough for him to become the legend he is in the reboot. In the sequel he killed eleven people. That's more in line with the way he's portrayed I'm the new movie.
