Halp meh

Ok so get into safe mode with networking. Download DDU (https://www.wagnardsoft.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=832), then head to your GPU maker's site and download latest drivers. What DDU does is completely delete the GPU drivers, including its folders so that you can start fresh. Although I think now both nvidia and AMD have tried incorporating it into their own software, but anywho.

Open Device Manager, check if there are any yellow warning signs under your GPU drivers. If your integrated driver (usually intel) is showing up, try disabling it. Run DDU. Let it do its thing, it'll probably prompt you for a reboot once it's done. Let that happen. Hopefully your computer boots fine now but things might look wonky, if that's the case find where you downloaded the latest drivers and install. Also I think Most Wanted you have to set compatibility mode to Windows 7 for best performance.

If things don't work out that way and the computer still isn't booting, you might have more serious problems (I don't mean to alarm you, so don't fret too much but I can't help beyond that point sadly).
