Going to fail again. The firebrand conservatives never compromise, they won't vote for a 'skinny repeal'. Trump's hand is being forced because he ran on a repeal and replace platform and the Senate is making him look like he's breaking a major part of his campaign pledges.

It's going to repeatedly fail until Trump steps in and creates a compromise. It will be similar to Australia's healthcare system, guessing since it's the one he specifically showered with praise earlier this year. It's also notable for being one of the few healthcare systems that isn't shitting itself right now. Note that Australia's healthcare system is not like Canada's and UK's. Iirc a higher percentage of Australians have private healthcare than Americans. Essentially, it would finally differentiate healthcare coverage and health insurance.
