The shirt itself is from Amazon. But because they’re a small tight fit, you need to get a size up from your normal size (their size chart is incorrect). Believe me, I originally got an L but had to reorder as an XL. The skull patch is made by Fuzzy Dude and there’s a number of other colours available too, links are here , here, here and here.
