Happy Bi Year by @KizzyCannon

[Spoilers]

It's not an on-screen relationship or explicit lesbian confirmation, but the Madoka show in general deals a lot with themes of love or the lack thereof.

Kyoko and Sayaka are very closely intertwined as characters, to the point where Kyoko's feelings for Sayaka open back up her heart from when she had closed it prior, and she in the end gave her life in peaceful passing to be dead beside Sayaka after ensuring a peaceful passing for her too, because life isn't worth living without her. In trying to save Sayaka, Kyoko gave up herself, essentially sinking deep into the waters she could not swim in because Sayaka was there.

In the Rebellion film, Sayaka states that she only had one regret, and that was leaving Kyoko behind.

There's a lot pushing these two characters together narratively and the way they compare and contrast with each other, and they're both important to each others' character arcs.

So, not explicitly confirmed gay or in a relationship, but they're definitely a solid example of one of the pairings that the show utilizes and pushes together, much like Homura and Madoka are.
