I was in the bathroom of a hospital and a young black man walked in blasting rap on the bluetooth speaker in his backpack and walked into a stall. A young white man then came in to use a urinal, also blasting rap from a backpack speaker.

The first man then turned up his music to drown out the other's, at which point the other turned his music up. It was very annoying.

While I was washing my hands the first man came out and discovered he knew the second man, and was very exited to see him.

They excitedly exchanged greetings and started to catch up with each other without either of them turning down their music.

It was annoying, but also kind of cute. One of them had just had a baby.
